Social Skills Development
Children in Pre-K to 4th Grade
A two-session program, to develop social skills, ethical values and concepts needed for a better performances in school and life. Children will acquire confidence in themselves, by building an appropriate structure in the areas listed below. The goals are meet through different activities, such as roll playing, songs, games with a parachute, individual and group creativity projects and discussions.
Conflict Resolution
Children in 4th to 8th Grade
A two session program for students about issues that take place on school grounds, like bullying and class violence. Activities such as role-playing facilitate the understanding of emotions where the students are encouraged to express their feelings and give their own opinion about the topics that affect the school’s environment. Alternative solutions to different conflicts are brainstormed and put to practice with group work and scenario analysis.
Conflict Resolution
Adolescents in 9th to 12th Grade
This program is designed to improve learning, communication, and school performance. This program also provide practical tools to cope with stress, anger and fears students learn techniques to resolve problems in an appropriate manner. These workshops are tailored to the students’ age and developmental level. Adolescents will learn how to cope with anger management and control their impulses.
